1. Operator
Gnorium (gnorium.com) is a website used by people around the world. It is operated by Madhavik Dogra, an individual who lives in India. It is not run by a company.

2. Responsibility for content
The operator is responsible for Gnorium itself and for the editorial process that decides what becomes part of a record, as the Editorial Policy describes.
- Contributions (folksongs, revisions, amendments, locutions and reactions) are made by the people credited with them by username, and each contributor is responsible for their own. See sections 4 to 6 of the Terms of Service.
- Content produced by AI models is bylined “By gnorium”. It is published with its provenance for transparency, and without any warranty that it is accurate. See section 9 of the Terms of Service.
- Links to other websites lead to content we don't control, and we aren't responsible for it.
3. Complaints and takedown requests
To report content that is unlawful, infringes your rights or breaks the Terms of Service, write to info@gnorium.com with the address of the page, what you object to and why. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. The Terms of Service describe the process.
4. Licenses
- Content on Gnorium is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0), unless it is marked otherwise. Anyone may share and adapt it, commercially too, with credit and under the same license. Contributors license their contributions to the public under the same license.

5. Trademark
Gnorium™ is a trademark of Madhavik Dogra. The content license gives no right to use it.
6. Applicable law
Gnorium is governed by the law of India, as the Terms of Service set out. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
